Project Manager - Remote

Overview:

The Project Manager in Signals Software at Revvity, Inc. will provide expertise, solutions, and strategy to various clients with project management needs. Through your work at Revvity you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's consulting models and methodologies as well as an extensive knowledge of Signals Software services provided by Revvity. Your attention to process and detail, and passion for effective communication are just a part of your greater commitment to quality. You'll support the Delivery Services manager and be responsible for driving all projects and service engagements with our customers to completion. You will interact regularly with technical experts, product managers, service managers, data managers and business customers. Our customers will see you as their champion and trusted advisor, relying on you to help them identify their needs, propose solutions, and assist in business development activities.

Your day to day

• Interact with 5-15 customers each day handling different project management issues depending on where the customer is in the implementation and design process.
• Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve delivery and quality of solutions
• Help team prioritize the workload, balance time and costs and delight customers with solutions delivered.
• Provide best practices and strategy to customers to learn as much as possible from their available data and help them design analyses that ask better questions.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
• Facilitate voice of customer to product management
• Hold kickoff meetings with customers for training, installation, upgrade, or customization of the Revvity portfolio of software projects
• Hold customer calls to discuss issues holding project progress up
• Manage the design and delivery of advanced visual analytics with TIBCO Spotfire
• Execute work plans with accountability for customer satisfaction, work quality, timeliness, and risk mitigation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5 years of experience in project management

Work Experience

• Demonstrable leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management in the following industries: Informatics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotech, Software
• Certification/degree in Project Management
