Senior Project Manager (Remote)

• BS Degree in Computer Science preferred. We will consider professional with relevant work experience

• Perform Project Management duties on assigned projects as required
• Responsible for professional development of assigned team members
• Coach, guide and mentor the assigned team members
• Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the delivery teams and communicate project status regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Skilled at proposal development and presentations to all levels of customer and DG professionals
• Responsible for contributing to the development of detailed project plans; identifying resource needs to support delivery efforts and coordinating the daily activities of the teams in alignment with project plans and client goals
• Obtain feedback from clients to ensure that project efforts meet expectations for contracted time, cost and performance. Provide company leadership with feedback once acquired
• Lead the day-to-day activities of team members, ensure alignment to ERP solution processes/best practices, and work with project managers to develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures

• Minimum 7 plus years of applicable work experience, preferably within IT consulting, and at least 2 years project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a team lead role

• Entrepreneurial, well organized, self-motivated, team player
• Travel as required for customer development activities, Design Group meetings, company sponsored training and industry related seminars
• Possess the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members
• Client facing skills such as advanced communication skills and presentation skills
