Ag Partners L.L.C is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Online Specialist. As an Online Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our online presence, engaging with customers through various digital channels, and driving online marketing efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Ag Partners L.L.C.
Responsibilities:
1. Online Marketing: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote Ag Partners L.L.C and its products/services. Utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
2. Website Management: Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Monitor website analytics and use insights to improve website performance and user experience.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain active social media profiles for Ag Partners L.L.C on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content, schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and monitor social media trends and analytics.
4. Online Customer Engagement: Interact with customers and prospects through online platforms, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries, comments, and reviews. Foster positive relationships with online communities and leverage opportunities for brand advocacy.
5. Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to educate and engage target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
6. Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads, and social media ads. Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and budgets as needed, and analyze results to optimize campaign effectiveness.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on online performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in online marketing, social media management, or digital advertising
- Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
