Program Management Jobs

Our client, a Tech Marketing Services company, is seeking for their next Program Management Assistant to join their team.

This is a temporary position (could go direct hire)

This role pays $24 per / hour

• Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third party service providers, to ensure program metrics are delivered on time and on budget.
• Review registration qualifications for client programs
• End-to-end project management responsibilities for some of the firm's largest and most strategic clients.
• Responsible for project status communications internally to highlight successes and potential problems before they escalate.
• Manages all client communication including client goals and expectations, weekly reporting, trafficking of client assets and materials.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Excel experience required
• Superior project management and organization skills
• Minimum BA/BS degree a and 1+ years of program management experience
• Excellent client service orientation and communication skills
