A large consulting company is in need of a Project/Program Manager with sales enablement experience.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings to set expectations with team and client, and continually report on progress and next steps.
• Manage SMEs and expectations.
• Maintain and manage project status reports and Workback Schedule (WBS).
• Be proactive and ensure a constant flow of information for the internal team and external audiences, Teams, email, etc.
• Respond to client and/or project turbulence with humor, agility, and improvisation.
• Perceive potential issues and problem-solve, redirect, or refocus when needed.
• Track multiple digital assets across various projects using Azure DevOps.
• Assist with communications and change management streams to align with the stakeholder’s program goal(s).

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:

• Previous Microsoft experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with Azure DevOps or similar CRM tools.
• Impeccable organizational skills and ability to prioritize your actions.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and are a self-starter.
• Five (5) + years’ experience within sales enablement organization as project manager
• Relentless discipline to complete projects on client timelines and within scope, keeping impact to both the audience and the business in mind.
• PMP certified, or strong interested and desire to become PMP certified.
• Ability to move fluidly between a strategic approach and tactical actions, and tailor your communications to key stakeholders based on their altitude-level.
• Prior experience with sales enablement and seller audiences.
• Ability to manage a high volume of content assets of various types in different stages of production.
• Four -year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Challenger sales methodology or similar a plus.
• An agile (not waterfall) mindset and comfort working in a technology-savvy environment.
• Conflict resolutions skills and confidence to have difficult conversations respectfully, and constructively.
