Job Summary

• You will work with SMEs to gathering information related to requirements and workflows used in opening client and market accounts. You will use this information to create a structured catalogue of the services provided by Client Account Services
• You will work with subject experts globally to generate ideas to develop and maintain a catalogue of products that is used to market the services provided by the Client Account Services group
• You will analyze data, apply industry knowledge, and analytical tools to develop process improvement scenarios

Job Responsibilities

• Join a new team who are responsible for defining and developing a directory of services for a global client accounts function
• You will analyze data, apply industry knowledge, and analytical tools to develop process improvement scenarios
• You will work with SMEs (subject matter experts) to gathering information related to requirements and workflows used in opening client and market accounts. You will use this information to create a structured catalogue of the services provided by Client Account Services
• You will work with subject experts globally to generate ideas to develop and maintain a catalogue of products that is used to market the services provided by the Client Account Services group

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of team members and stakeholders globally
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal and consultative skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with strong written and communication skills
• Domain Knowledge - experienced in one or more of the following products in an Operations or Transformation role - Prime Services, Custody, Middle Office, Collateral Services
• Experience in end-to-end process mapping in a financial services business

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Proficiency in presenting findings in a coherent and consumable way to senior leaders within the organization
• Working knowledge of digital tools, e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Signavio, including experience in developing workflows or improvements using the tools.
• Some Project Management experience
