As a division of a large, privately held consumer packaged goods organization, our Mount Prospect location offers the financial resources and agility to remain flexible and responsive to changes in the marketplace. Within Accounting and Finance, you may have the opportunity to collaborate with our financial planning and analysis group to support four of our key business units and shared services departments with internal and external financial reports, forecasting, and the business-planning process.

This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in office per week)

• Become the Subject Matter Expert, ensuring that training participants are proficient in products and influence on trades in the market
• Coordinate all training schedules and logistics, ensuring alignment with product launches and brand messaging
• Responsible for coordinating and delivering trainings in virtual, digital, and in-person forums
• Design and develop curriculum based on internal and external customer needs
• Partner strategically with Product Management, Marketing, and Digital training to create training and delivery plans for Bosch Power Tools products that uphold Bosch’s brand and culture

Qualifications

• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years commensurate experience required
• 5+ years’ experience designing and developing curriculum
• Experience in technical/trades training a plus
• Corporate Trainer certification preferred
• Proficient in delivering trainings in-person, virtually, and through digital content creation
• Creative and proven organizational skills
