Position Overview:
Do you have a passion for IAM and business analysis? If so, in this role, you will work with IT subject matter experts in the areas of development, operations, and other IT areas as appropriate throughout the development and deployment process! You will assist with problems of limited scope, following specific and detailed procedures.
Our Impact:
The role will work closely with IAM business operations, Enterprise Operations partners, and security control owners on IAM business process development activities and alignment of IAM processes.
Your Impact:
You will apply expertise to support development and implementation of new and updated business processes for all IAM activities. In addition, you will assist with developing strategies to reduce security risk in the organization by implementing procedural prevention, detection, and response measures, while still enabling positive business outcomes. The activities of the role support the overall operational efficiency of the InfoSec program!
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with data-driven business analysis processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., voice of customer, customer journey, process flow diagrams, decision trees, Visio, Excel, formal documentation, etc.) preferably in the Financial Services Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years’ related experience
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Confident presence and ability to influence and advise key partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Ability to develop and clearly articulate business objectives and outcomes to key business partners

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.-
