Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our high-volume transaction, global digital environment. As the Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for the technical tool sets of our incident and forensics teams. You will work closely with the teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve tool problems that impact our responsiveness to incidents. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement in our reliability operations by resolving problems, managing risk, and facilitating change in the platforms that the teams use to manage their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other third-party providers of our tools to ensure effective problem resolution
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to keep templates, standards, and other team artifacts updated and accessible
  • Drive continuous improvement in our team’s use of the platform by conducting tests and trainings
  • Identify and prioritize needs for our enabling platforms and responder teams
  • Work with the various engineering, operations, infrastructure, and platform teams to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the responding teams to identifying ways to improve collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze platform and tool features to find new uses and functionality for the tools that our teams can use
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with operations tools such as Pager Duty, Service Now, or other ticketing and alerting platforms
  • Experience in a high volume ecommerce environment is highly preferred
