Job Description

Myticas's direct client based out of Chicago, IL is currently seeking a UX/UI Designer for a HYBRID contract position.


Top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have:

  • Business communication skills, able to be a liaison between tech teams and End Users
  • Front End Development HTML preferred or relevant tools
  • Design tool experience- Figma/Adobe preferred but open to similar tools


Nice to Have Skills:

  • PowerPoint- creating strategic decks, training decks for system rollouts, and decks to keep all teams aligned


Description Details

  • Excellent people skills to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams
  • Use front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS) to create/clean up layouts, interactive features, or execute other design ideas.
  • Collaborate with UX and data teams: bridge requirements between design and development teams. conduct user testing, A/B testing, and other forms of research in collaboration with the UX team as needed.
  • Plan and design data analytics web pages and apps using wireframes, prototypes, and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create blueprints for what the solution will look like.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work
  • BA in a Design-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience
  • Proven experience designing/developing business concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, or prototypes
  • Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
