Overview Java Product Support is a technical support role that provides assistance to customers who are using Java-based products. This role requires a strong understanding of Java and related technologies, as well as excellent customer service skills. The Java Product Support professional is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical advice, and helping customers to get the most out of their Java-based products. Detailed Job Description The Java Product Support professional is responsible for providing technical support to customers who are using Java-based products. This includes troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical advice, and helping customers to get the most out of their Java-based products. The Java Product Support professional must have a strong understanding of Java and related technologies, as well as excellent customer service skills. The Java Product Support professional must be able to quickly identify and resolve customer issues, and must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
