Product Coordinator Jobs

Our nonprofit client is seeking a product coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will ensure that product development goals, milestones, budgets, and timelines are met and accurately executed according to the product manager's development plans.

This W2 contract operates in a hybrid environment. All candidates must commute to their Alexandria, VA location 2-3 times per week. All McKinley W2 contract roles include a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of product listings on a weekly basis to identify and address any errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information
• Oversee and maintain the organization of product categories, ensuring proper categorization, accurate tagging, and intuitive navigation for customers
• Coordinate the rotation of the homepage banner on a quarterly/annual basis to maintain freshness and relevance, aligning with marketing and promotional initiatives
• Review product content for listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines
• Submit cases for necessary fixes or improvements to product listings, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolutionRotate the homepage banner on a quarterly/annual basis
• Manage the rotation of featured products on the homepage on a quarterly/annual basis, considering customer preferences, sales data, and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality product listings
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to grasp technical details about the products being coordinated
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years in a product marketing role
