What You'll Do:

• Mobilize employees in the moment and influence experiences as they happen.
• Create connectivity within our technology to offer personalized experiences.
• Provide timely and relevant insights and data to the internal partners responsible for delivering the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• As a Product Manager for EEE, you bring a multi-disciplinary background that blends technical and business insight. You are solution oriented with the ability to balance short term gains and long-term sustainability.
• Drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Create a psychologically safe environment within your product space that values curiosity, willingness, and team support.
• Manage competing priorities with consistency and transparency.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other multi-functional representatives and maintain team health.
• Challenge status quo, encourage innovation, be open-minded and approachable. Make small bets and embrace experimentation.
• Partner with the Program leaders, Engineering, Marketing, Business Operations, and other Product teams to deeply understand the problem space and to prioritize opportunities.
• Empower teams to own solutions being created versus telling them what needs to be done and how it should work.

Who You Are:

• Data and analytics background is a plus
• Understanding of users, market place, competition, trends
• Experience with SaaS (Software as a service) platform integration
• High level technical understanding- Software development background is a plus
• Superb communication skills including the ability to influence and negotiate with partners at all levels of the company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of business or product management experience
• Experience developing and maturing a product, and creating a product strategy
• Experience partnering with technology teams and supporting technology products through an agile environment
• Superlative collaboration attitude – this is a highly multi-functional role

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $95200 - $182400 / year Additional Information:
