Title: Sr Finance Manager
Location: Remote, Scottsdale OR Dallas

Summary
This is a highly visible role, having frequent interaction with the company’s senior management, both regionally and globally. It will work closely with All the G&A Areas in support of both budget/forecasting cycles and financial reporting. The core responsibilities of the role are to provide FP&A support to the G&A Leadership, lead a team of finance professionals and reporting to Director of Corporate Finance
What you’ll do:
  • Work closely with Operations Director to drive financial performance
  • Supporting General Administration direct reports on how to drive financial performance and forecast accuracy in their practice areas.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Co-ordinate Monthly forecasting process within G&A ops teams and Finance Reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and SOX
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide insightful commentary on financial business performance and risks. Provide and recommend corrective actions and expected range of outcomes.
  • Co-ordinate annual budget and plan, including deliverables, within G&A Ops teams and Finance Report
  • Review costs to ensure G&A team are within budget and operating effectively in line with strategic plan
  • Support General Administration leaders and staff on a day to day to basis
  • Create monthly financial reporting deck and narrative reporting
What we are looking for:
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in financial management and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, preferably Oracle EPBCS (Hyperion) and MS Excel.
  • Experience of working in an international organization, ideally including experience of working with off-shore resources.
  • Prior experience in risk management and compliance is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Clear understanding of key processes and metrics of a successful G&A organization
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Evidence of the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, growth environment.

The salary range for this position is $101,800 - $147,625.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
