Manager, Finance (Remote) Jobs

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide insightful updates on weekly sales performance to the management team to ensure timely identification of risks and opportunities
• Lead reporting enhancement initiatives and development of analytical frameworks
• Liaise between Corporate FP&A and Segment FP&A to drive timely completion of various FP&A activities
• Ability to lead and implement change
• Develop and manage frameworks and processes to effectively manage headcount and expense planning
• Provide support in preparation for internal business reviews and Board of Director meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as well as highlighting key insights
• Perform ad-hoc operational and strategic analyses as needed
• Govern the process to collect key metrics to measure progress against strategic priorities
• Lead the consolidation of financials to enable timely and effective analysis of month-end results and quarterly forecast and annual planning reviews
• Lead operational excellence projects with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels
• Experience in managing and developing finance professionals
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in SQL and data mining; experience with MicroStrategy and other business intelligence tools is a plus
