Product Manager Jobs

Description

• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Work with cross functional teams in support of product launch
• Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation
• Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Follow our competitors and the industry
• Work with Product Managers to define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Provide functional demonstrations of products
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, interpreting, and formalizing requirements directly from customers, end-users, and internal teams
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and decompose into more granular level requirements
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Product Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Associate Product Manager in a software development and agile environment
• Proven experience successfully working within a team and managing a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

• Experience working with Agile software management tools (JIRA, Aha, etc.) or Agile Scrum methodologies
• Preferred qualification – Certified Scrum Product Owner certification
• Experience working with Human Capital Management software
• Enterprise SaaS software solution experience
