We are currently recruiting for a Senior Vice President, Analytics for Retail & Consumer Goods for one of our key customers, a Nasdaq-listed leading data analytics and digital operations and solutions company that partners with clients to improve business outcomes and unlock growth. By bringing together deep domain expertise with robust data, powerful analytics, cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), we create agile, scalable solutions and execute complex operations for the worlds leading corporations in industries including insurance, healthcare, banking and financial services, media, and retail, among others.


The Senior Vice President (SVP), Analytics for Retail and Consumer Goods, will play a crucial role in leading and driving the analytics function within our Retail and Consumer Goods practice. The Leader will provide strategic leadership, drive revenue growth, deliver high-impact analytics solutions, and manage a team of analytics professionals. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, industry expertise, and a strong focus on achieving key business results.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that supports the growth and success of the retail and consumer goods industry.
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to the analytics team, aligning the vision and goals with overall business objectives.
  • Drive innovation, identify emerging trends, and explore new analytics opportunities to enhance business offerings and drive competitive advantage.


Client Engagement and Solution Delivery:

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, such as predictive modeling, customer segmentation, pricing optimization, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic analytics solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of analytics projects, adhering to industry best practices and quality standards.


Team Management and Development:

  • Build a high-performing team through effective recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Manage and inspire a team of analytics professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for their career growth and skill development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the analytics team.


Business Development and Revenue Management:

  • Manage new logos/contracts/renewals, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and successful project delivery.
  • Drive business growth by expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting upselling and cross-selling of analytics services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and senior executives to develop winning proposals, deliver compelling client presentations, and contribute to business development activities.


Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand client needs, align analytics solutions with business objectives, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytics concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and subject matter experts.

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve annual revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the retail and consumer goods analytics practice.


Client Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and feedback.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, graduate degree a plus.
  • Preferably MBA
