The Role:


  • They will lead teams of industry leads and individual contributors, both new business and account management, who will be directly responsible for engaging and growing client relationships.
  • This position will be remote flexible with travel for meetings, industry events, etc.
  • The General Manager will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for relationships and key clients within the Household and Beauty vertical.


Scope of Responsibilities:


  • You will be one of the most knowledgeable individuals at Fetch about our product offerings, strategy, and development of roadmap in the organization.
  • Embody Fetch's values in the leadership and management of your team; this means moving quickly, having a bias for action, having and fostering trust within the organization, and insisting on operational rigor. You'll encourage your people managers to operate accordingly.
  • Partner with executive leadership on go-to-market strategies, account planning, and quota setting.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in go-to-Market, finance, and legal with respect to contracts, setting, tracking, and achieving sales goals. Adapt as market conditions or business needs dictate.
  • Leverage data to show brand partners the power of Fetch in driving their business forward.
  • Remaining up-to-date on media/marketing industry trends, ensuring Fetch and your team are aligned, and often ahead of emerging opportunities.
  • As a vertical expert, you know how to tailor Fetch's value proposition to the needs of your clients, entering into relationships that are beneficial to Fetch, its clients, and our users.

  • You embrace objections as opportunities for education and dialogue.
  • You're developing and maintaining collaborative cross-functional partners in product, tech, finance, legal, go-to-market, and implementation.


The ideal candidate:


  • An existing track record of leading high-performing sales teams with annual quotas in at least the tens of millions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
  • Vertical expertise and enterprise track record in relevant industries, primarily targeting senior-level marketing, media, and executive contacts.


Compensation:


  • At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $215,000-$275,000 base (this does not include commission, which our Sales employees are eligible for). We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch's growth.
