The Specialist is a hands-on role involved in day-to-day purchasing, and resource allocation activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail on par with Apple's standards, and the ability to see around corners and streamline processes. A practical understanding of accounting fundamentals is ideal. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills and be a pro-active, result-oriented individual with strong written and spoken communication skills.

Key Qualifications

Experience in Tableau or other dashboard tools.
1-3 years administrative experience such as event coordination, correspondences, and multi-tasking.
1+ years of procurement activities including initiating purchase requisitions for services and processing invoices.
A strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess excellent troubleshooting skills including strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset.
Exceptional communication skills; verbal, and written.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport.
Advanced Excel experience is highly desired.
The ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

Description

Align with project managers in management and entry of purchase requisitions.
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity related to accounting and financial activities.
Ensure PS&T resource allocations are accurate and system updates are complete.
Ensure all PS&T systems related to budgets are current and accurate.
Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with management on special projects.

Education & Experience

High School Graduate; College degree or equivalent work experience.
