Position: PMO Operations Coordinator

Location: Austin Texas

Exp: Minimum 10+ Years Must

• CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS STATE OF TEXAS EXPERIENCE : HIGHLY PREFERABLE
• Looking For Austin Texas or Nearby Candidates Only ( Maximum 1 Hour Radius )
• Candidates selected for this opportunity may be required to physically attend meetings in Austin, TX, with minimal notice. ( Wednesday AND Friday )

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting project managers in various aspects of project management, such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. They may also help in defining project scope and objectives.
2. Developing, implementing, and maintaining project management processes, methodologies, and standards within the PMO. They ensure that project management practices are consistent and aligned with the organization's objectives.
3. Keeping track of project-related documents, reports, and metrics. They prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
4. Analyzing project data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. This analysis helps in making informed decisions and optimizing project performance.
5. Coordinating the allocation of resources across projects and ensuring that resources are appropriately utilized.
6. Assisting in the identification, assessment, and management of project risks. They work with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
7. Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
8. Providing training and support to project team members on project management processes, tools, and best practices.
9. Facilitating communication among project stakeholders and ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed about project progress.
10. Identifying areas for process improvement within the PMO and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
