Planning Specialist Jobs

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years in portfolio management, product operations, technical program/project management, corporate strategy, or other relevant experience
• Candidate has experience working with product management, development & engineering teams and has the ability and confidence to facilitate strategic conversations
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional business judgment
• Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Show initiative while being decisive and assertive in addressing problems and issues
• Expert understanding of Tableau, Jira, Tempo and Confluence or other similar products
• Ability to seek information, solve conceptual problems, corral resources and deliver results in challenging situations
• Must be detail oriented, proactive, highly organized, and be able to prioritize and multi-task while working under shifting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations, with an ability to work and negotiate at all levels of the organization
