Job Description
How will this role have an impact?
The planning manager will work as a liaison between operations, recruiting and client success improving communicating flow, increasing efficiency and information accuracy as a result this role will have a crucial impact on improving our coverage and the wellbeing of our patients. The planning manager will work closely with the Director of operations to evaluate the current process and help to develop future state while performing the daily activities to support the business.
This role will report to our Director of Operations.

What will you do?
The planning manager will be in charge of developing the capacity requirements plan by effectively balance supply and demand according to internal and client goals, tracking the progress on a daily basis, evaluate fluctuations in demand and promptly adjust capacity requirements and communicate the results. Strong collaboration with Recruiting, Operation and Client success will be critical in meeting business goals.
  • Support operations analyst to evaluate capacity unbalances and provide possible solutions.
  • Support Production evaluating progress to goal by client – market.
  • Review historical trends, research drivers affecting capacity requirements such as seasonality, capacity utilization, and use this information to improve the process.
  • Data mining, develop the process and reports to estimate capacity requirements at the state, county and client level.
  • Develop capacity forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
  • Develop the process and KPIs to measure schedule adherence, and forecast accuracy.
We Are Looking For Someone With
Strong candidates with the ability to breakdown problems and provide data driven solutions.
  • Advance Excel skills, basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Prior experience with S&OP process a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or supply chain preferable.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience driving continuous process improvement.
  • + 5 years of experience in Master scheduling, Supply Chain, ERP or planning software.
