Service Deliverables Specialist Jobs

The resource will be using Excel- VLOOKUPS and Salesforce Marketing platform.

:

Provides advanced-level support to internal service team members and oversees participant deliverables processes.

Performs a variety of tasks to ensure participant, plan sponsor and advisor expectations are met.

These tasks include and are not limited to the preparation and delivery of marketing and presentation materials, participant statements and notices, plan sponsor surveys, e-delivery of participant mailings, and mass communications to external facing clients.

Provides extensive internal support by assisting with ad-hoc reports, participant/plan sponsor research, updates to client-facing websites/tools, and updates to custom messaging, logos, and notices.

Coordinates and manages relationships with mail vendor, IT teams and support teams to successfully deliver mailings and facilitate updates.

Participates in process improvement initiatives and projects to ensure all client-facing materials and notices are compliant with retirement plan regulations.

Knowledge & Skills:

Intermediate knowledge of retirement plan administration, including retirement plan regulations for participant mailings.

Familiar with billing invoice reconciliation and budgeting.

Ability to analyze problems, determine approach, compile, and analyze data.

Formulates technical information for a client-ready response.

Creates and maintains process documentation.

Works effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Works with a sense of urgency and has attention to detail.

Evaluates and communicates information in a clear and professional manner.

Intermediate system knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, PACE, Workfront, and vendor-related systems.
