Job Summary

The Financial Specialist will provide telephonic financial guidance and resources to diverse global clients on a variety of issues. As the worldwide leader in Employee Assistant Programs (EAP), this is an exceptional growth opportunity to use your financial skills to help clients navigate personal challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

• Telephonically provide financial resources and information to clients on a variety of issues including budgeting, debt management, taxes and retirement planning
• Assist in the development and implementation of new services and products to help clients navigate their financial resources
• Special projects as assigned
• Follow up with client concerns in an appropriate manner of time

Job Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
