As the key liaison between our esteemed manager and internal/external clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and maintaining strong relationships. Your exceptional ability to screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence, will showcase your talent for effective and efficient communication, leaving a lasting positive impression on all those you interact with.
Handling requests and queries with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail will be second nature to you. Your exceptional multitasking skills and ability to prioritize daily workloads will enable you to excel in managing the manager's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements seamlessly.
Your talent for taking dictation and minutes will enable you to capture critical information accurately, while your proficiency in MS Office and the English language will empower you to produce impressive reports, presentations, and briefs that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School diploma or equivalent
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
This is an in-office part-time position (15-20 hours per week), hourly wage of $18.00 paid weekly
