A bit about this role:
We are looking for a Business Development Administrator to provide actionable data to our internal team and external clients. This role is critical to the success of the business development team to ensure we are accurate and timely in our presentations to clients as well as functioning optimally as a team.
The primary function of this role is to lead all internal data tracking and dissemination for the business development team. This includes reviewing and enhancement of our CRM reports and processes, sharing required information internally, and assisting the VP of Business Development and Business Development Director as needed with prospect and client data.

More about this role:
Wearing multiple hats and saying "yes" to a variety of challenges are the table stakes. Your specific responsibilities include:
- Liaison with the other departments as necessary to ensure data is accurate, including scheduling time for proposals as needed
- Manage all aspects of CRM process flow and data accuracy.
- Direct business development team on data and process practices.
- Assist business development team in data entry during peak times.
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for each audience, from the business development internal team to executive leadership.
- Assist with other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of office experience.
- A love of small businesses and a desire to help them succeed.
- Experience with HubSpot, preferred.
- Fanatical attention to detail and passion for data accuracy.
- Self-driven, able to function independently with minimum direction and supervision.
- Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize while working with a wide array of stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Salary Range - $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
