About the Role:
As the People Operations Partner, you’ll have a meaningful impact by supporting our Finixians to succeed in their roles by being the first point of contact for questions and coordinating critical people programs.

This role will report directly to the VP of People and Talent. You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance, Business Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to support ongoing projects and deliver strategic people support.

This hybrid role entails working in the office 4 days per week in our San Francisco HQ.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to person to support our Finixians with any benefit, working norms, and policy questions.
  • Manage the People Team Confluence page. We like to be as transparent as possible with our programs, philosophies, and how-to’s.
  • Own the employee lifecycle including Pre-boarding, On-boarding, and Off-boarding
  • Own our HRIS (Paylocity) and People Team Tech Stack to ensure accurate data around people changes and updates.
  • Respond to audit, unemployment, and employment verification requests.
  • Assist with the planning and rollout of performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and related engagement processes.
  • Create memorable moments for our Finixians, both in person and virtually, to drive Finixian engagement and team building.
  • Analyze and report People metrics and demographics so we can see the impact of our work, identify trends, and share insights with the leadership team.

About You:

  • Passionate about your craft. You take pride in your work and have an eagerness to evolve. You may often find yourself geeking out on the latest tech solutions, reading People blogs, and dream about how to combine the two.
  • A fan of technology. You understand the need for tech to support scale and a human to guide the way.
  • A planner. You see what steps need to happen to achieve our goals and keep us on track.
  • You’ve done most of this. 2+ years of People Ops experience, preferably in a high-growth organization.
  • A hustler who can get stuff done while faced with competing priorities.
  • You know the law. Well-versed in local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Excited about numbers and spreadsheets. You can whip up a pivot table, chart, or graph with ease to tell a story or share insights.
  • You are discreet and can handle confidential information with grace and ease.
  • One who sweats the small stuff. You know details matter and love tying up loose ends.

Base Salary Range: $111,000/year - $136,000/year + Equity + Benefits

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
