Overview A Regional People Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the regional business. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. The Regional People Partner will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the regional business on all HR related matters. Detailed Job Description The Regional People Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the regional business. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. The Regional People Partner will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the regional business on all HR related matters. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. The Regional People Partner will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions
