We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with excellent organization, critical thinking, communication and multi-tasking skills to join our People Operations (POPs) team. This is an opportunity to work directly with the Executive Director of the department, learning the ins and outs of how to manage, maintain, and grow the full scope of people operations work at the company.
In addition to your work on the POPs team, you will also be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office. This role requires you to be in-person M-Th, working remotely on Fridays.
The wide range of duties for this role will require an ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously as well as have good judgment when making decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist POPs leadership in systematizing all operations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors
- Manage and maintain digital records
- Hire and manage seasonal interns
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
- Lead planning and execution of internal and external, virtual, and in person staff events
- Support the day-to-day operations of our offices (NYC and KY)
