ABOUT TANDEMAI

TandemAI is an advanced technology company dedicated to reinventing drug discovery infrastructure. The company integrates proprietary AI-driven, high-performance computation with its efficient, large-scale in-house wet lab operations to deliver a turnkey drug discovery solution.



ABOUT THE ROLE


TandemAI is expanding and we are looking for a collaborative, energetic, self-driven People Experience Operations Associate to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a highly visible role. You will act as the brand ambassador, ensure Experience Excellence throughout the organization both internally with employees and, externally with vendors and clients.


You will:


  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors, coordinate food delivery and events as needed
  • Maintain office efficiency by keeping up the appearance of communal areas, implementing and organizing procedures
  • Support US Senior Leaders by scheduling appointments, meetings, booking travel, expense reports submissions in ERP NetSuite system
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact and provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings and events, booking travel, maintaining filing systems, mailing and shipping packages and updating contact database and employee list
  • Assist HR with Onboarding and Off-boarding of employees, HR Admin tasks, recruiting, etc.

If you are a dynamic, organized, proactive and creative People Experience Associate who thrives in a high-growth, start-up environment, we have an exceptional opportunity to join our company in our Midtown, NYC Office. Reporting directly to the VP & Head of HR, you will provide high level office support to Executives, as well as coordinate and oversee administrative and office management activities to ensure that TandemAI’s offices operate efficiently and smoothly.


To be successful in this role, you must enjoy tackling challenges and working collaboratively and creatively with others. You must also have a “can do" attitude that will allow you to seamlessly multi-task and follow through on a wide variety of projects.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Strong people skills to interact positively with all employees, upper management, and external contacts

·Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and change priorities in response to changing work situations

  • Experience developing internal systems
  • Calendar management and off-site event planning
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving

QUALIFICATIONS

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 3 years of People Experience and/or office management experience

·Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms: proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and aptitude to learn new software and systems

·Extensive experience with time management and meeting tools (calendars, meeting coordination, and conferencing)

·Experience maintaining highly confidential company and human resources information

Pay Range for this role is $75k - $90k base plus bonus.
