Job Description

The coordinator is a critical member of the Distribution organization, specifically the Partner Management team, focused on growing AMCN subscription & streaming services, supporting linear network performance, and expanding content distribution opportunities.
The Coordinator, Partner Management provides day-to-day support for the team and works with all distribution partners to grow revenue, subscribers, and awareness across the AMCN Portfolio of brands. The successful candidate has a finger on the pulse of all partner management projects and effectively and proactively identifies opportunities, challenges, and synergies.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administration of budget including invoicing, reconciliation planning and regular collaboration with finance.
  • Assist with development of partner presentations, programming updates and sales materials as well as internal updates and campaign recaps.
  • Manage the execution of marketing initiatives including creation of timelines, asset delivery, creative review, routing.
  • Track partner initiatives including marketing placements, promotional pricing campaigns, user interface merchandising and platform activity.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships across AMCN teams including deal teams, marketing, finance, legal, technology and operations.
  • Assist the team (SVP, VPs, Directors, Managers) with activities related to the overall management of distribution partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with events teams to assist and track client entertainment programs, sponsorships, trade events and partner meetings. Attend and support events as needed.
  • Develop, distribute, and centralize activity trackers to monitor partner activity and standardize best practices across partner accounts.
  • Analyze partner marketing performance and trends to assist in forecasting and goal setting.
  • Assist team with partner sell-in strategies to help secure earned media and marketing.
  • Support holistic partner portfolio maintenance by tracking competitive information, partner product enhancements, pricing, and packaging practices.
  • Track marketing commitments and ensure contractual compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and directly with clients.
  • Broad knowledge of the organization, policies, and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Bachelor's required with an emphasis in marketing, business and/or communications.
  • Working knowledge across Microsoft Office applications
The base compensation range for this position is $47,000 to $53,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
