Job Description
Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an ADT Outside Sales Manager. As the ADT Outside Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a team of 8 outside sales representatives. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and maintaining the team's performance, while also achieving your personal and team sales quotas. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints in the field and conduct sales audits to ensure the team's success. This position offers a base salary of $4,230.23 per month with benefits available after a 90-day probationary period.
Responsibilities:
●Lead, motivate, and guide a team of eight (8) outside sales representatives, setting clear expectations for performance and results.
●Identify and recruit talented individuals to join the sales team. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to ensure their success.
●Maintain personal and team sales quotas by actively participating in sales activities and driving performance through coaching and mentoring.
●Monitor and evaluate individual sales representatives' performance, providing feedback and taking necessary disciplinary actions, including termination, when required.
●Serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints in the field, promptly addressing issues and finding satisfactory resolutions.
●Conduct weekly sales audits to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
●Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and provide updates on performance metrics.
●Perform field evaluations to assess sales representatives' performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide targeted coaching and support.
●Conduct regular performance reviews to provide feedback, set goals, and develop individualized performance improvement plans.
●Provide monthly mileage reimbursement to sales representatives for travel expenses incurred during work-related activities.

Qualifications:
●Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar outside sales management role.
●Strong track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas.
●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead, motivate, and coach a team.
●Ability to recruit and train sales professionals to drive team success.
●Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
●Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct sales audits and derive insights to enhance team performance.
●Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
●Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
●Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

This position has a strict 90-day probationary period during which performance will be closely evaluated.
