Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Sales Order Acknowledgement to Sales and Customers
  • Set up/coordinate FATs with customers and attend when needed
  • Provide Sales Order information (delivery, documentation, shipping, etc.) to Sales and Customer
  • Back-up Sales when they are not available and/or are out of the office
  • Develop & implement continuous improvement processes and procedures establishing Best Practices
  • Conduct compliance checks for both quotations and orders to ensure NOV is compliant
  • Review Rig Technologies orders to confirm all Minimum Booking Requirements are met
  • Build & maintain positive, professional business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Create Prospects, route to appropriate Product Specialist, and provide quotation status
  • Assist Sales with multiple reports and help follow up on any customer leads
  • Receive and analyze inquiries to determine the correct business unit to assist with the request
  • Provide management with regular updates related to specific accounts and areas of support
  • Prepare standard & engineering to order quotations for appropriate Salesperson and/or customer
  • Answer questions regarding the quotation and offer alternative equipment when necessary
  • Attend customer meetings with Sales to optimize processes and provide additional support
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws

Job Requirements:

  • 4-year College Degree in a related field or 7 - 10 years experience in Sales or a related discipline
  • Possess advanced usage of MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have 2-5 years of experience in Oilfield Drilling or Services Industry
