Job Description
Redline is seeking a highly motivated, high energy, Sales Professional who will be responsible for developing new business within your region.


Redline is a leading Automotive Software as a Service (SAAS) company, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. If you thrive on building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and enjoy a mix of regional and local travel, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive business success.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new automotive dealership clients within your assigned region.
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our SAAS solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the automotive industry or related SAAS sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections and secure deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and locally spending 4-5 days per week on the road.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player and collaborating with colleagues across different departments.
