Description

Recruit Digital Marketers (rdm), a top-rated employment agency, is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales efforts and developing relationships with potential businesses. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to earn commission on every new partnership established through your efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Conduct research on potential clients and identify key decision-makers
  • Generate new partnerships through outbound sales efforts
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong negotiation and appointment setting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous training or outbound sales experience (B2B preferred)
