Student S uccess is hiring for remote, work from home opportunities with immediate availability and schedules that offer flexibility.
The Inbound/Outbound Enrollment Specialist will contact potential customers to inform them of available product offerings, consult with them on the best product for their situation, and close the sale with the customer.
Position Responsibilities

• Explaining the enrollment processes, and next steps based on the product chosen
• Handling inbound calls from families interested in enrolling, determining best options, and providing assistance with enrollment systems and process
• Meeting key performance indicators for employee attendance, phone productivity, enrollments , call quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and schedule adherence
• Utilizing Knowledge Base to k eep up to date with frequent changes to schools and their enrollment policies and procedures , m essaging these appropriately to parents/primary caregivers
• Requesting and closing the sale of parents/primary caregivers relative to the best solution for their situation
• Understanding differences between public and private charter schools, home schooling, and other product offerings with the ability to describe the differences to potential customers
• Calling prospective customers who have requested information and sharing details about various online schooling options
• Providing recommendations to parents/primary caregivers on which school solution is the best for their situation
• Developing relationships with parents as an educational advisor and consultant generating and enhancing interest in the various client products and services

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• 10 Mbps Upload
• Ability to identify customer educational needs and find appropriate solutions
• Solutions-oriented
• You must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift.
• Highspeed Internet Connection (Cable, Fiber, DSL)
• Ability to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Computer knowledge and internet navigation skills

• Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation al manner

• Must be able to work from home

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Skills/qualifications

• College degree or some college completed
• 1+ year of customer service experience

Pay rate is $13.00/hour. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
