Outbound Customer Care Representative

This is a remote/telecommute opportunity for the right person.

Roost Telematics is seeking a full-time Outbound Call Representative to join our outbound call team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business. This position will initiate contact, screen, and verify existing accounts for shipping. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Encourage customer participation with energy and determination.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers.
• Responding to customer issues via email using good judgement and seeking guidance from manager/acting manager when required.
• Overcome objections by understanding the program and its benefits.
• Make outbound calls and emails at a high volume to existing clients to verify account information.
• Properly tag and record data in tickets for ease of reporting.

Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and make a high volume of calls and emails per shift.
• Telemarketing and/or Sales experience (inbound/outbound) helpful.
• Optional, but a definite plus: experience working with support systems and Zendesk or similar.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Remote experience necessary.
• Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude.

•* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Sheets/Docs.*

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
