In this newly created position of Onboarding & Office Administration Associate, this person will be a critical assistant to the Director of Operations & Human Resources. We are seeking a hands-on, high-potential, and talented individual who will be instrumental as it relates to new office openings and onboarding of Financial Advisors and support staff. The company is growing at an accelerated pace, and this is an opportunity for the incumbent to get valuable exposure to a variety of tasks while growing and progressing within the organization.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Take ownership over office management responsibilities for the headquarters, such as processing maintenance requests, assisting with supply inventory/ordering, and various ad hoc projects.
- Assist with the complex onboarding process of Financial Advisors, including transition work of entering client information to the Seventy2 Capital system.
- In partnership with the Director of Operations, create a master guide and checklist for office openings and onboarding of Advisors and support staff.
- Assisting with technology inventory.
- Become the lead point person for on-site set-up at satellite locations and understand when to escalate to the corporate office headquarters.
- Understand the lead time needed for various tasks (such as ordering office furniture, internet/cable installation, supply deliveries, etc.) and execute appropriately.
- Have a proactive approach to creating efficiencies and improvements related to office openings and FA onboarding.
Education and Experience:
- Maintain the highest level of trust, confidentiality, and discretion with all assigned tasks.
- Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Approachable interpersonal skills with the ability to truly enjoy the position and people with whom you interact, both internally and externally at Seventy2 Capital.
- Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
- Must be willing to travel to new upcoming satellite offices in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and requests, and sustain a high level of attention to detail.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Dedicated work ethic and strong organizational skills.
Work Hours & Benefits
