Description


The Onboarding Coach is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned onboarding projects from the time of client enrollment until the time the client is live on the RXNT solution. The Onboarding Coach will report to the Customer Onboarding Manager and provide the director with weekly status reports on all active projects.


The Onboarding Coach will perform a business assessment for all new customers to understand the way the customer operates and how the customer intends to use the RXNT product. Based on the business assessment, the Onboarding Coach will develop a custom onboarding plan and schedule training sessions as required.


The Onboarding Coach will meet with the customer’s point of contact weekly until Go Live to provide an update on their team’s training process, identify any potential problems, and resolve pain points.


Key Responsibilities


  • Open bug tickets as needed for issues identified during onboarding and provide the customer with ongoing updates until resolution
  • Review new client paperwork and perform account verification
  • Spot check data transfers and imports
  • Handoff “Live” customers to Customer Service
  • Serve as the sole point of contact for a client during implementation


Skills Knowledge and Expertise


Our Ideal Candidate:


  • Medical billing and coding certification is a plus
  • Works effectively in a team setting and independently
  • Previous software support and/or training experience is a plus
  • Experience with various medical software platforms is a plus
  • Works well under pressure and is able to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Understands the importance of our work and shows empathy towards the customers and patients we support
  • Actively seeks to gain new skills in both technical and domain areas


Necessary Skills and Qualifications:


  • Highly organized and can effectively communicate and execute project plans
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with computer operating systems and various internet browsers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
