Position Summary

The Client Onboarding Specialist (COS) is a key member of the New Accounts Team and will report directly to the Global Head of Account Management and Sales. The COS will collaborate closely with the ICD New Accounts Team, ICD Global Trade Desk Team, Chief of Compliance, Sales Reps, Sales Operations Manager and Marketing Team, as well as fund company and technology partners. The perfect candidate will implement exceptional client service at all times in onboarding Fortune 500 treasury departments, demonstrating ICD’s competitive advantages and providing efficient, seamless execution of paperwork and successful setups on the ICD portal. The position is team-based with a high level of ongoing collaboration, interaction, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact to guide prospects and clients throughout the onboarding process, including new account opening, transition and integration into ICD.
  • Prioritize multiple requests and accounts, closely monitor progress and follow up immediately to proactively and professionally.
  • Collaborate and support the global trade desk team as needed to ensure all aspects of onboarding are being implemented well.
  • Drive the new account process with prospects and clients to ensure a focused, efficient and excellent onboarding experience.
  • Maintain consistent communication with all sales reps about their clients’ and prospects’ accounts. Build strong relationships with internal team members to ensure alignment on client and fund company expectations and turnaround times.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to assist in building stronger relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
  • Demonstrate outstanding client service attitude, support and skills to ensure a top-notch, first impression of ICD.
  • Research and respond to servicing and operational inquiries from multiple fund companies as well as prospects, clients and sales reps to ensure timely, accurate and detailed responses are provided. Coordinate, secure needed approvals and resolves issues to complete all paperwork signatures and documents with fund companies. Foster productive working relationship with fund company partners to ensure efficient and excellent deliverables.
  • Use technology tools such as ICD portal and PowerBI to gather data. Maintain account information records, updating Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • Pre-fill and review new account paperwork with all details, initiate and submit new account and account transfer requests with no errors, and complete post account setup requirements to ensure timely and accurate results.


Experience

Required

  • Client account document preparation, detail-oriented paperwork completion
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce
  • Client/Customer Service background in the financial services industry

Location

Work your way! You will have the flexibility to work 100% remote within the United States in the East Coast time zone.

Compensation

Negotiable salary range of $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and location.
