We are looking to hire a motivated Head of Operations who is confident in managing multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. They will be analytical and detail-oriented. They will be obsessed with metrics and understand the key drivers of those metrics.
They should be able to critically and strategically assess our company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and formulate effective plans to address these. Lastly, we need a leader who is a strong communicator with a resourceful and result-driven mindset.
This is a full-time remote position.
We are looking for a Head of Operations specifically with these requirements:
- Has experience with managing 3-20 team members with diverse personalities and skill sets
- Native English or close to a native speaker with an American accent .
- 5+ years of experience with project management or digital project management
- 3+ years of experience successfully working remotely full-time
- Experience with growing online companies from $1M to $5M+ in annual revenue
- 3+ years of experience with managing the day-to-day operations of an online/digital business
- Has a proven ability to manage projects of varying complexity
- 2+ plus years of e-learning experience
Nice to have:
- Experience with Klaviyo
- Experience with Upwork and freelance platforms
- Project management certification
- Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar CRM software.
- Experience with the book Traction and its methodologies
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Communicating with internal team and clients via video conference and email, regarding the timely delivery of projects and job success.
- Working in ClickUp to properly organize and manage various projects and daily tasks that need attention as well as ensuring the team's proper use of ClickUp.
- Managing website improvement projects, including working with agencies and contractors to implement design and conversion optimization improvements as well as new feature build-outs and back-end site cleanup.
- Directly overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations (service delivery), project management, and and employee productivity
- End-to-end project management
- Customer outreach and communication to analyze opportunities and new product or service offerings as well as B2B relationship management via CRM tools like Zoho, Pipedrive, or something similar.
- Handling the company’s accreditation application in our industry.
- Handling job costing, resource tracking and budgeting, scoping and quoting projects, managing production stats of projects, and the production team. Reporting on weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Developing, scaling, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicating and managing content analysts, designers, translators, and subject matter experts to ensure that new course development projects are moving efficiently through the pipeline.
- Maintaining and building trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
