My name is Tomer Hen, and I am a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry. During this time, I've spearheaded notable campaigns with leading brands, including MasterCard, Amazon, and Audible among bootstrapped E-Commerce brands.


Our company owns a few food & supplement brands and additionally helps brand founders grow their DTC brands to 8 figures by creating profitable relationships with influencers and creators.


On the personal front, I am a human optimization and bio-hacking enthusiast. I am passionate about holistic growth and development. On a lighter note, I also dabble in electronic music production.


About the role:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Influencer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and achieve positive business outcomes through influencer collaborations.


Your role will involve strategizing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. This is an exciting hourly role, offering approximately 5-10 hours per week. We are actively seeking talented candidates residing in the United States to join our team, although we would consider Latin America as well.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Established network of influencer contacts and the ability to identify emerging talent that aligns with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with influencers and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills and a fair, respectful approach in structuring partnership terms and compensation packages with influencers.
  • Proven experience as an influencer relationship manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful influencer collaborations and campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, demonstrating a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.


Responsibilities (but are not limited to):


  • Initiate and nurture relationships with influencers, fostering strong partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and authentic content that aligns with our brand's messaging and values.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance using relevant metrics and tracking tools.
  • Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to optimize influencer strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, providing guidance and support to influencers regarding content creation and requirements.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and compensation packages with influencers, ensuring fairness and compliance.
