New Job Order Request:
Position: OpenText Media Management (OTMM) Developer
Location: Pasadena, CA, (Remote Opportunity)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
:
Relevant Experience:
1. (in Yrs.)-Knowledge of software development best practices (RUP, XP, Agile, Waterfall).
2. A minimum of 8+ years proven experience in development.
3. Experience with OTMM (OpenText Media Manager) development.
4. Minimum 5+ years of extensive hands-on development experience with OpenText Media Manager.
5. Excellent application performance tuning and trouble shooting skills.
6. Experience with Design patterns and best practices.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical/Functional Skills:
8. At least 5 years of experience in OTMM (OpenText Media Manager) with proficiency in following areas.
9. Functional Knowledge of Digital Asset Management, Asset ingestions, system integration with MFT etc.
10. Experience preferably on OTMM version 10.5.
11. Troubleshooting and analysis skills on OTMM servers and associated UI(s).
12. Sound Admin skills specific to OTMM, EPS and MFT on the Admin console.
13. Maintenance and housekeeping activities in OTMM environment.
14. Configuration settings on OTMM (Metadata, security, Policy, User, Advanced Search etc.)
15. Customizations on OTMM and associated application servers.
16. Sync and consolidation of Media manager and directory services.
17. OTMM patch installation and upgrades
18. Operating with MS SQL Server, database maintenance and administration.
19. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
20. Very good communication and Articulation and Analytical skills
21. At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
22. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Experience Required:
23. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
24. Very good communication and Articulation and Analytical skills.
25. At least 5 years of experience in OTMM (OpenText Media Manager).
Roles & Responsibilities:
26. Provide technical leadership to project team for release management task.
27. Derive and enforce best practices in development.
28. Experience working in an agile Software Deployment project lifecycle.
29. Should have experience or willingness to work in an Offshore-Nearshore-Onsite model.

30. Very good communication skills
31. Good Analytical skills
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline (An appropriate combination of education and directly related experience may satisfy this requirement).
