Job Summary:
will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and creating reports to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, economics or computer science, and a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Monitor data quality and perform data cleansing as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or computer science
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst.
General/ Position Summary:
This position will support and advance data analytics initiatives across DayTwo’s Customer Success and Operations teams. This role manages implementation, enrollment, and clinical data as part of DayTwo’s proven, evidence-based metabolic health care programs. Opportunity to expand or specialize in the role over time as DayTwo grows and evolves.
Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and assess the accuracy of data particularly as it relates to healthcare demographics as well as medical/pharmacy claims and biometrics data
Design data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, analyze data, write clear and concise data findings, and tailor communications to specific audiences
Determine and drive the resolution of data gaps to ensure timelines are met for internal and external client reporting
You will resolve and research any system access issues or errors in the process, escalating to global systems team as necessary
You will act as a local expert on customer data, encouraging use of appropriate data and relevant measures in decision making
Develop reporting for call center & Member Acquisition KPIs
Develop reporting for marketing campaign performance
Converting data into usable information that is easy to understand
Collaborate with team members across the organization to identify data-driven opportunities to add value to existing and potential partners
Execute ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external stakeholders

Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience required
Working knowledge of analyzing medical claims, lab data, EMR data, and clinical data
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with data visualization and BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau) is a plus
Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL
Working knowledge of SalesForce functionality and reporting
Ability to present outcomes to critical stakeholders and clients
Background in healthcare space, behavioral psychology, or nutrition tech preferred
Personal Characteristics:
