Office Assistant/Scheduler Jobs

We are a growing psychotherapy practice currently looking for some part-time office support. We need assistance with the following tasks:

Job Duties

• Light clerical tasks
• Assist existing clients with reschedules based on metrics.
• Answer and return phone calls, respond to e-mails and web inquiries.
• Assist with maintaining clients’ e-files.
• Schedule appointments for new patient consultations based on metrics.

Work Schedule

We are looking for someone to work 10-12 hours/4 days a week. The work schedule for this job is flexible. We are requesting the selected person to work within a self-determined block schedule between 9 am – 7 pm with the last call to clients no later than 7 pm. We are closed on all Federal Holidays.

Technology Requirement

• Must have reliable working internet and computer.

Qualifications/Skills

• Able to meet deadlines.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Experience offering support as an administrative assistant, customer support, scheduler, or secretarial position.
• High-level verbal and written communications skills
• Microsoft Office (intermediate)
