Overview

Work on connected vehicle and tool automation projects

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements, engage with team members and customers to define solutions, and estimate the scope of work required.
• Work on building API servers using Flask, to integrate with other web services.
• Develop and maintain highly reliable and scalable web services.
• Deliver solutions that can keep up with a rapidly evolving product in a timely fashion.
• Design and implement connected services applications like Over The Air Update, Remote Commands, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Telemetry
• Create automation using python or other scripting languages.
• Work on developer efficiency tools

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Experience with Flask/Django
• Experience with cloud services, such as AWS
• Masters degree in Computer Science
• Experience with one of the back-end language Python, Go, Java, C#, Javascript
• Experience with web applications
• Experience in Python
• Experience with IOT
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining REST-ful APIs.

Preferred Experience

• AWS, Docker, IoT
• Python Development

Compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, training, skillset, location, etc. Expected hourly range in CA: Bachelors Program $25/hr - Masters Program - $35/hr.
