Job Description
Position Summary:


This is an entry level position responsible for the administrative support to the Operations department. Serves as day-to-day team player who assists in many different facets of our organization.


Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be extremely detail-oriented, versatile, organized, proactive, possess great interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Must exercise strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a positive, flexible, and professional disposition.


Must be a forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions to streamline processes.


Job Responsibilities:


The position requires working remotely within our Headquarters department assisting the operation team as well as a possibility of travel to our store locations across the United states.


  • Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Provide minor technical support for office and stores
  • Coordinate the annual review of the operational manual with all Department leaders
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Maintain company calendar
  • Assist all stores to troubleshoot utilities related issues
  • Coordinate store closing
  • Running business errands is a required upon request during work hours
  • Bottom up review on utilities and other services
  • Assist with completing construction and signage projects
  • Assist will incoming and outgoing mails and packages as needed
  • Resolve rental property issues with landlord and local store staff (leak, plumbing, HVAC issues, lights, fixture, landscape etc)
  • Assist with all day to day operational task for the office and the stores
  • Maintain master lease file on cloud and physical lease folders in office
  • Maintain office service such as design filling systems, review supply requisitions, organize office operation, coordinate office activities etc.
  • Research and compare quotes from different vendors/servicing companies


Requirements:


  • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and written
  • Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and with professionals at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly
  • Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
  • Strong organizational and follow-thru skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision
  • Ability to travel within the united sates
