Our experienced executive team is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join us on our exciting journey. Responsibilities:


1. HR Support:

- Put on your onboarding superhero cape and assist in streamlining the onboarding process for new employees. From preparing offer letters to organizing engaging orientation sessions, you'll make our new hires feel right at home.

- Be the go-to person for maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring we're always on top of HR policies and procedures.

- Help us keep the payroll wheels turning smoothly by collaborating with the team and making sure timesheets are verified and the payroll provider is wowed by your organizational skills.

- Dive into the exciting world of health insurance administration, handling enrollments, terminations, and answering any questions our employees may have about their benefits.


2. Finance and Accounting Support:

- Team up with our brilliant CPA company to ensure we rock our monthly financials like pros. Together, we'll make sure our numbers are accurate and on time.

- Show off your bookkeeping prowess by tackling tasks like data entry, account reconciliation, and keeping those expense reports in check.

- Be the guardian of our financial records, keeping them in tip-top shape with invoices, receipts, and vendor contracts all neatly organized.

- Channel your inner financial wizard and help us stay on top of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring payments are processed and those outstanding invoices don't stand a chance.


3. General Administrative Tasks:

- Embrace your role as the office maestro, ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. From handling our virtual mailbox to assisting visa sponsorship with our legal firms, you'll keep things in perfect harmony.

- Put your scheduling wizardry to work by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our hardworking team members.

- Let your creative side shine as you contribute to organizing unforgettable company events and team-building activities. We believe in working hard and playing even harder!




Requirements:


- You've got the experience! Proven success as an Office Administrator, HR Administrator, or similar role will give you a head start.

- Numbers whisperer wanted! Familiarity with finance and accounting tasks like bookkeeping and financial reporting will make you an instant hit.

- Tech-savvy extraordinaire! Proficiency in using office software and accounting tools will help you breeze through your daily tasks.

- You're the organizational mastermind! Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail make you the superhero of multitasking and prioritization.

- Communication champion! Your strong verbal and written communication skills will help you build relationships and collaborate effectively.
