We are partnering with our client, who has been recognized in the Top 100 Fastest Growing Staffing Firms, to identify top staffing industry sales candidates for the role of National Account Executive. Qualified candidates will have experience selling larger workforce solution opportunities with onsite or multi-site locations.
As National Account Executive, you'll need to have strong hunting and closing skills as your primary focus will be securing new business/new logos within Supply Chain and Logistics. In addition to hunting for new logos, you will inherit a book of business with the expectation of growing and expanding market share within those accounts. This is a blended role of 70/30 with new account acquisition versus business expansion. There are strong recruiting and service delivery teams throughout the United States that you'll collaborate with to support the business you bring in.
The gist:
- Experience selling workforce solutions in the Supply Chain and Logistics sector is preferred!
- Candidates who are currently in a local or regional sales role but have exposure to multi-million-dollar engagements and are familiar with the RFP process will be considered.
- This is a fully remote role with limited travel. Most of your sales efforts will be handled remotely through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
- In this role, you'll be targeting deals with a minimum of $2MM in annual spend, consisting of onsite, multi-site, and managed service workforce solutions.
Compensation details:
- This role pays a target base salary of $80K. There may be consideration on base compensation with experience and track record to support it.
- Commission is paid monthly!
- Our client is an aggressively growing organization, so there is significant growth opportunity!
- First year OTE is $110K+ realistically based on realized revenue and other goals.
- After your first year and beyond, total compensation can reach upwards of $200K based on individual performance.
