National Account Executive Jobs

Our client near San Diego, CA thrives off helping cannabis companies acquire the funding they need in order to succeed in the industry. They are seeking a National Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an in-office opportunity for someone who is a highly motivated with a strong work ethic. They a looking for a proven Top performer who is highly confident about their closing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Consultative, solutions driven sales process that leads to repeat business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cannabis supply chain and provide solutions that assist with current and future efficiencies.
• Create value propositions and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Build strong relationships with cannabis operators, understanding their needs and communicating the benefits and solutions of working with FundCanna.
• Develop, manage and strategically follow up with prospective and active pipeline
• Articulate expertise in financial products as they pertain to unique business needs.
• Have a consultative and solutions-based sales approach.

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handles pressure well
• Experience in cannabis sales preferred
• Goal driven and motivated to beat monthly expectations
• Comfortable with basic math/numbers as this is part of the sales process
• Strong relationship and rapport building skills
• Must be comfortable selling to business owners/operators
• 2-3 years of success sales Experience
• Exceptional communicator and listener

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base, Commission expected OTE year 1 is $80,000 -$120,000 and Benefits.
